My Product Journey: From Service to Strategic Product Ownership

I’m James Nazareth — a product builder focused on AI-powered SaaS products, workflow automation, and solving complex operational problems through technology.
Over the last few years, I’ve worked across fintech, fraud risk systems, ERP platforms, lending workflows, and AI-assisted products, often operating at the intersection of product, business, and execution. I enjoy breaking down ambiguous problems, understanding user pain points deeply, and turning ideas into scalable systems that people actually use.
What drives me most is curiosity — I naturally gravitate toward understanding how products work, why users behave the way they do, and how small product decisions create massive impact. I’m currently deepening my technical understanding of AI systems, retrieval workflows, and product-driven automation while building AI-powered applications hands-on.
Outside work, I enjoy analyzing products, sharpening strategic thinking through chess and football, and spending time reflecting, learning, and improving how I think and operate.
